Any good games?

Hey guys,
I have been playing volleyball last thursday and messed up my ankle a bit :(

Any good games? Photo10

So now I cant move much for the next 3 weeks, so I am looking for some nice games to fill up my time. ANy suggestions?

My rig:
graphics card: nVidia 8800 GTS
6GB RAM
core 2 duo 2.66 GHZ

Its a bit old, so dunno how the new games will run, but I remember that Crysis ran smooth and FIFA 12 runs great too Smile

You could play Tribes : Ascent
It's a really nice 1st / 3rd person shooter game.
It should work on low/minimal for you (maybe even highest resolution)
I got a better GPU but a weak CPU and I play on 1680x1050 minimal 40 fps
It's free on Steam

I also suggest Dead Island if you haven't played it yet and you like to slash zombies and do quests.

Borderlands is also an epic single player game

U got nub grapchics card and cpu but why 6 GB of RAM? :D ram wont give u that much of a speed ...

good games

To the moon (best story ever, shtty grafics but to be honest it doesnt matter in that story)
Bioshock 1 and 2
Half life series (Game history when its as best)
Portal 1 and 2
League of Legends (FREE!!!! Still extremly balanced and fun and competetativ)
Mass effect series (realy realy realy nice action RPG)

oh, and don't search episode 3 for HL2, gaben will probably never release it in the next few years Evil or Very Mad

ArmA series and if you dont want to buy them you can get Arma2 free version.
Syndicate is surprisingly good.
Sniper Elite V2 is very fun to play, great graphics and gameplay.

Strategy-wise id recommend Sins of a Solar Empire- Rebellion
or World in Conflict(2006 game but one of the best tactic/strategy games i have ever played)

Batman -Arkham city is nice also.

For competative gaming get League of legends and try Team Fortress 2 which is free on Steam.

If you looking for games with epic storyline, then try Mass effect, Half-life or Portal 1-2.

Operation Flashpoint 2 Dragon rising\Red river - nice spec ops simulator game, similar to arma. Very nice choice if you like FPS with modern war theme.
Try F.E.A.R. 1-3 - nice adrenaline fps. Same developer as swat, pro game.

Rise of nations - old, but nice strategy. Thumbs Up

Empire earth series - also not bad Real time strategy

Also Assasin's creed series not bad. No need a super pc performance.
If you looking for horror, try Dead space series. Really nice thing.

Fable 1 - great story, gameplay. Hellish mix of GTA and ghotic. Dont try 3th part - big crap for gays. And thats not a joke about gays. =\

Overlord 1-2 - funny nice game. Smile

You playing as dark lord with army of litle bastards. Target of the game: KILL ALL ZA SHEEPS AND HUMANZ! for da maaaster!

Mirror's edge - interesting game about parkour

But if you not sure in ur pc, ofc you can go to ze Rugi's link Ironic

Alan Wake

Arcade:
World Of Goo - my fav ^^
Plants vs Zombies
Trine 2 - this 1 is super beautiful...

Quests:
Gemini Rue
L.A. Noire
Sword and Sworcery, weird but original game...

Agree with Hunter, Tribes is a good FPS and so different from all those endless CODish copycats...

Also check out - Space Rangers 1 or 2, one of best games ever... Its RPG + arcade + RTS + turn-based strategy + text adventure in 1 Smile
