Proposal

Since some time Im thinking about project which requires cooperation couple clans. Nowadays there is only servers with poor quality admins like 4u or SH. Crying about camping and especially on SH accusing of cheating when you kill 2 people on row. Atleast in my case if I countine to play there I will not pass 40 cause I lost to much health to handle those clowns. Instead of help them and fill their crap laggy servers with markiemods and MUPS ON we may try fill own server common effort.
So what is exacly my idea. I would like to invite clans like KL, FoX, JF, Epic, WM and ND (noticed some of them come back to game) to play on same server. Each of mentioned clan above isn't enough active to fill everyday own server but togheter we have enough poeple to fill it atleast on afternoon and evening hours. There is couple things which connect our clans: we do not recruit random poeple, we do not recruit newbies, cheaters aren't welcome, enjoying competitive game, playing smilary rules.
I know in such a big group there is friends and foes but if we set up rigid rules we could avoid bigger problems and even if we fail than isn't big deal to rename server.
I propose cooperation on this basis:
1 Each member of Union (name is secondary issue we can allways change it) have to play under real name and tag.
2 Each ban will be reported on Union forum (simple website without redundant elements)
3 Camping allowed, spawn camping only when bomb is near or when vip is near exit.
4 In the controversy situation couple poeple picked before decide if we remove ban or not.

Well nobody of us isnt saint and I have to admit I did some crap on other servers (usually provoked) but that not mean we need to make shit to own nest.
If you share my enthusiasm we can specify rest and try to give a shot.

Idea is nice, I think it can help to the community, but everything depends on the number of active players from our clans. Also host does matter. Who gonna host it and pay? From my side I can help only with filling this server. Money donation is a weak side of me this days, have no free cash at all. So basicly I can help only with my staying on the serv in some random time.
Also what about modes? Personally I can play everything, but how will this mode-rotation work? Someone must just to come to the server, set mode, which he want to play, and try to fill it up?
At the end I like the idea and, I think, I gonna take a part in it.

WM have own dedi server so I guess that isnt big deal for us to host 2 servers (g-portal.de).
For begging I thought about 2 servers , 1 vip + 1 rd. What a concern map rotation we will pick maps before and it will be permanent rotation.

What about admins? All the clans you mentioned above, must have a fair number of admins. Wont there be too many?

Cant be too many admins.

I like the idea and I would like to participate. It will hopefully bring back life to SWAT. Atleast keeping it alive

Yes, but I think it doesn't matter. However in my opinion, every member of that 'Union' should be admin as well. The important is that people will gather and play together, making a quality, competitive gameplay.

well . i would offer the site and maintenance.. even though i dont play swat .. but i would like to help specially that my love michal came up with this idea lol

I dont mind amount of admins. For me it is tool to manage server not award for being assliker. If someone have enough knowledge and brain about game to keep server clean than we can have 10 or 100 admins.

Damn, I just love, when Elie appear right in time with his "your ip is", when I was just looking for it.

when we finalise contract you will be obligated to play atleast 4 h per day on that server

Correct me if im wrong.
The clans Michal are mentioned are mostly 1.0,aswell of the server he named of WM.But will be cool if all choose to play in 1.1.

1.1 VIP and RD almost dead lol.. it's wiser for 1.0

We eneded up dissagreeing so we will spend a lil more time so we can be sure what is the best decission to take.
