ACTA is a threat to Internet users' fundamental freedoms and to EU Internet companies' competitiveness and free competition. The European Parliament will soon decide whether to give its consent to ACTA, or to reject it once and for all.

This is the equivalent of US SOPA bill.
People in the US fought back against SOPA, now its Europes turn to make a stand.

Well i dont think it has anything to do with masons. But mainly people who dont have a damn clue how internet works and what it actualy is. :D
And of course those who receive big payouts from the entertainment industry.
